The Fall of Womb-Man
Throughout the ages of time, womb-man has devolved or degenerated in large part by systematically forgetting our past. This degeneration has taken place by not living in harmony with Nature or Neter as it was called in ancient Afrikan Kemit. The Science of Common Sense or intuition. The consumption of meat, the design of our bodies in relation to meat and the digestion of it is something we will focus on in this article. Throughout time, this degeneration in womb-man is a result of systematically forgetting our past, not living in harmony with Nature or Neter and the consumption of meat, not understanding the design of our bodies in relation to meat and the digestion of it.
 
In nature, beings or animals that have a high intake of fiber filled food and a low intake of protein have long digestive tracts. Animals such as lions and tigers have short digestive tracts due to their consumption of flesh filled food. The human digestive tract or alimentary canal stretches from the mouth to anus with 40 feet of tubing, one of the longest digestive tracts relative to our body weight in all of nature. According to The Tao Of Health, Sex & Longevity by Daniel P. Reid, this devolution took place when flesh became the main source of food for womb-man in the winter. Accordingly, this is the development of the two basic metabolic types in man, one for eating fresh fruits and vegetables and one for eating a fiberless diet of flesh. Unfortunately, many of us today have been conditioned or programmed into eating this fiberless diet of flesh.

How many times do we hear the phrase: "I ain't eatin nothin unless I'm eatin some meat". This consumption of eating meat on a daily basis is one of the many devolutions in humans. The table below indicates the amount of time for digestion:

Now imagine for a minute that some of us may actually eat meat once a day. Please don't say we eat meat more than once a day. For instance: chicken, beef or turkey sausage for breakfast, chicken beef or turkey for lunch and then again at dinner. Wow! How would our digestive system ever catch up with proper digestion of the fiberless meat? One way is through the process of healing, which many call sickness. Yes, the so-called flu or other sickness that our bodies naturally go through is nature's way of cleansing the body-temple. How else can we expect to purge or remove all of the dead animals from our bodies? Some of us may be walking around with more than 2-300 hundred or so dead animals in our bodies, possibly 1/3 of it undigested. There are several accounts that estimate the average American to have more than 15-20 pounds of red meat and foul smelling undigested stuff stuck on the walls of their colon. Imagine that! What kind of energy or vibration do think would come from this sort of temple or vessell? When the healing process begins, we often take the advice of the pharmaceutical industry through its agents of the AMA and take a drug to suppress this process, thinking that we are getting better, when we are only delaying the inevitable cleansing process, which may come later in the form of a more serious ailment such as a cancer or tumor.

Let us briefly relate to the chart above. Our teeth are not designed like those of meat eating animals. Some one out there may say, 'we have two dog teeth or teeth that look like fangs". My suggestion would be to look at the teeth or molars of a meat eating animal. The majority of their teeth, if not all, are shaped like fangs, totally different from a human, at least some of us...

Due to improper food combining, like eating everything and anything at a meal without concern for harmonious chemical balance or food combining, the human body may become more acidic, producing an environment for dis-ease. An acidic body produces arthiritis and joint discomforts as well. Some of this may be due to the consumption of meat due to the acid in meat or proteins. When animals are murdered, they urinate and those of us that eat these animals consume their urine, not to mention the DDT and numerous other chemicals injected in the meat so that the untrained eye can not detect the rotting process. This urine or uric acid eventually becomes acidosis and lodges in our joints creating or complicating arthiritis. More on this in a later issue.

The human body is designed for a more acid/alkaline balance, with the body being more alkaline than acidic. If you have ever had the pleasure of visiting a holistic or alternative dentist, they can test your pH balance and determine if you are more acid or alkaline. The pH range is between 0-14, with 1-7 being acidic and 8-14 being alkaline. The idea is 11 or 80% alkaline. Again, dis-ease thrives in an acidic envionment.

What kind of chemical is needed to digest meat? According to Western medicine, in order to efficiently digest any concentrated animal protein, the stomach must secrete pepsin, yet pepsin can only function in a highly acidic environment, which must be maintained for several hours for complete digestion of proteins. Now, what happens when we eat meat and bread or protein and starch? The enzymes ptyalin and pepsin are produced or secreted in the food by the saliva in the mouth. Now, think of the acid/alkaline balance or pH. The chemical solution (pH) is as plain as water. This is what the so-called "bicarbonates" or strong alkalines do to relieve our indigestion. If we consume meat with starches during our meal, which most of us do. According to the pH balance, what will be the end result? They will neutralize one another. The meat rots or spoils and the starch (bread) ferments. This is one main cause of obesity or overweight problems in our communities. More on the The Science Of Food Combining in a later issue.

Now, can you imagine a combination of steak, white 'hard enough to knock you out with' dough bread, pasta, potatoes, cake and wine in your 30 feet long digestive tract? If we were to add our colons, it would be more than 30 feet long. Food that is not chewed well, without enzymes or fiber are very difficult to pass through our digestive tract or system. Not to be crude, rude or obscene, yet if one analyzes their feces (dump), they will notice the many curvatures or curves in it. Sometimes looking like little pebbles and then you say, 'all that straining for that!' The colon has become clogged and disformed due to non-fiber stuff, labelled as food that we consume.

One last question: If this food is not digested at all or improperly, where does it go? Well, have you ever heard of the saying, "You are full of _ _ _ _ ? Yes, unfortunately this undigested stuff sticks to the walls of our colon, protruding or sticking out of the sides, front and back. Yeah, baby got back fo sho... At times, our stomachs or colon sticks out as far as our rear ends and/or we are not able to see the ground without bending over, indicating a massive build up of undigested stuff. We may want to see a colon therapist immediately or begin eating a cleansing food intake/regimen. Sorry, most doctors or graduates of the Amerikkkan Medical Assocication (AMA) do not understand this simple fact. I have yet to meet a nurse or doctor from the AMA that can understand what nature puts before us on a daily basis.

Agriculture may have triggered another stage of degeneration. Grain was introduced into the digestive tract, something not intended as food for womb-man. Starch is what we are referring to. Although so-called West Indians, Afrikans, Chinese and Indians consume this as a staple in their food intake, it still remains the only item in the entire human die-t that cannot be eaten and digested in its raw state should be enough evidence that these items were not meant for human consumption. Grains became necessary in the human food intake due to population pressure from nieghboring peoples..

For my Taoist brothers and sisters, throughout the ancient Taoist literature on health and longevity, the term
"bi-gu" means "avoid grains". In Mucusless Diet Healing System by Arnold Ehret, he states that rice is one of the greatest musuc formers and makes an excellent paste.

In African Holistic Health, by Dr. Llaila O. Afrika, states that meat eating in ancient Afrikan societies was due to ceremony or ritual rites or when no other food source was available. On the other hand, flesh eating in European culture was caused by the Ice Age, resulting in the absence of abundant vegetarian and cultural preferences. Now, Eastern and Western thought have all but completely merged due to various reasons. It is our mission to take womb-man back to its her in this regard. The chart below, partially extracted from African Holistic Health, is for our review and to remind us that the animals that we eat pass whatever has been done to them to our body-temples.

I hope it is not necessary to go further into the turkey/buzzard or fish. It is not my desire to beat you into submission like our more western like minded religious cults, yet it is the intent to educate you by any means necessary.

Keep in mind that pesticides are internally injected to kill worms in the animals stomach. DDT and other similar chemicals are used and in 1950, it was determined that meat is contaminated and unsafe due to pesticides such as DDT and similar chemicals. Stilbestrol was approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 1955, a chemical that is scientifically labelled as cancer causing.

Now, how does this amount to The Fall Of Womb-Man you might ask. When we eat meat, we also consume urine or uric acid, the environment that dis-ease gets crunk in due to its acidity. A highly acidic body damages the liver, kidneys and constipates the colon, not too mention creating bad breath and body odor, muffled or layered under various perfumes and cologne. Also, animal fat at 98 degrees hardens, clogs the arteries and contributes to high blood pressure and heart disease, a major killer of American women. Nature comes back to help create balance. A body highly acidic takes calcium from the bones, one of the major reasons for osteoporosis. Check the many scientific studies using natures finest, cabbage for its remedies.

When womb-man begins to pay and patronize the slaughter of animals for their taste-buds, eat and consume large and copious amounts of synthetic drugs that are injected into animals and passed to humans, not to mention the many prescription drugs we voluntary consume. When this occurs, regardless of the information that is available and the foreknowledge of the consequences before, during and after the fact, how can a person question the titel, The Fall Of Womb-Man. Our digestive system is not made like that of the meat eating animals, short and acidic. We do not have fangs, claws and molars like animals to tear apart meat. We (some of us) do not eat meat raw, while it is full of enzymes and then consume only this meat. Animals that consume meat do not eat potatoe salad, over-cooked greens, barbeque or baked wings and canned fruit cocktail with their meal. As we degenerate more and more to that of the animal and live according to our senses as the animal, then we begin to behave more like the animal, The Fall of Womb-Man.

I could not end this article without a suggestion. There are many, so don't stop here. If you are not aware of how to consume a cleansing or fiber-filled nutritional food intake, you can begin by consuming an all natural Green Power powder. This will begin the process of cleansing your body-temple and providing the proper nutrient intake to re-adjust your system. In addition, begin eating a raw, organic if possible, romaine lettuce-spinach salad with cold pressed olive oil to add the fiber to those meals eaten without any fiber such as bar-b-que chicken dinner with white rolls and potatoe salad with numerous chemicals. Oh, I forgot, some chicken dinners include sweet potatoe pie, depending the time of the year. The sugar and protein combined will be enough to go back to church for prayer later that evening for healing from the state of mind that allowed you to consume the bar-b-que chicken dinner.
